Our Rates
At 757 Strings, we do our best to keep your wedding affordable. Our rates are per player, giving you the option to pay less for fewer musicians. Our prices are as follows:
Booking Fee- $100 to secure your date in our calendar! Due at time of booking.
Ceremony Music Package- Starts at $250 per player
Our most popular package includes 20-30 minutes of prelude music as your guests arrive and are seated. When it is time for the ceremony, we perform all of your custom selections to add a fun and sophisticated spin to any wedding! We offer solo musicians, duets, trios and quartets, including the following instruments:
~ Violin
~ Viola
~ 'Cello
~ Piano* (only available in some packages)
~ Guitar* (only available in some packages)
Cocktail Hour/Reception Add-On- $150 per player/per hour
The cocktail hour add-on is also hugely popular! Following the ceremony, we will relocate to your cocktail hour location and perform for an additional 60 minutes. If hired for cocktail hour, we save the more upbeat and fun selections for this time. Clients and guests alike have raved that this creates a more elevated atmosphere than just playing pre-recorded music.
Wedding Rehearsal- Starting at $100 per player
We are available to come to your rehearsal, to go over logistics and ensure proper timing of your music. This is not always necessary and is often taken care of via email. However, it does provide peace of mind and ensures a smooth ceremony, especially in a non-conventional venue. You could have all of the musicians come to rehearse with you, or just one representative to take note of logistics.
Recording Session - $150 per player, per track
If your creative juices have been flowing and you want to get that live strings sound in your next track or composition, you've come to the right place! We start at $150 per song per musician but offer discounts if you bundle multiple songs in one session, or have one musician covering multiple parts in separate tracks. The possibilities are endless! Travel- $50 per hour traveled per musician
This is calculated based on the distance between Virginia Beach and your location. We calculate this based on travel one way, not round trip!
New Music Selection- $25 per song
If you want specific music at your event, we are happy to accommodate your requests. We already have an extensive set-list with tons of traditional and popular music and are always adding new music. If you choose a song that we do not already have, we charge this fee to cover the cost of purchasing the music or having it professionally arranged to suit your event.
